In line with his vision to raise a generation of 'nobody' to 'somebody', the senior pastor of Champions Royal Assembly, Pastor Joshua Iginla has commenced a football competition.
The opening ceremony of the Joshua Iginla Football Competition kickstarted with a football competition between The Ororo FC vs. Byazhin FC which took place at the city of wonders, Chikakore, Abuja today been the 24th day of April, 2023.
Pastor Joshua Iginla Football Competition Foundation is aimed at raising kingdom footballers who are disciplined, humble and possess high level of integrity through the unified pursuit of athletic excellence.
The foundation also involve a sponsorship program for footballers to further their academic pursuit.
Pastor Iginla sees football as a global movement with which the body of Christ can raise kingdom disciples.
The Clergyman believes that God uses everyone in different ways, and as such the sports ministry should not be ignored.
