Full text of Pastor Paul Enenche's Ministration at Day 17 of 2022 Overflowing Grace and Glory Fast

Pastor Paul Enenche

OUR TRIP TO MINISTER WITH DADDY G.O DURING THIS FASTING WAS A SEED BECAUSE WE LOVE HIM AND ALSO THAT WHEN WE REACH HIS AGE, GOD WILL HELP US WITH VERY DRASTIC AND TANGIBLE RESULTS

YOU CAN ONLY HEAR GOD WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE IN THE MATTER.

YOU DON'T DECIDE FOR GOD ON WHAT TO SAY; DON’T PUT WORDS IN THE MOUTH OF GOD.

NEVER EXPECT GOD TO SPEAK ON ISSUES THAT ARE ENTIRELY YOUR DECISION TO MAKE; NEVER ATTEMPT TO TRIVIALIZE THE VOICE OF GOD.

WHEN WE TALK ABOUT DIVINE DIRECTION AND THE VOICE OF GOD, PEOPLE GO TO ALL MANNER OF EXTREMES; THE "HOLY SPIRIT SAYS I SHOULD NOT GO TO WORK TODAY. HOLY SPIRIT SAYS I SHOULD STOP EATING RICE; HOLY SPIRIT SAYS I SHOULD NOT DO THIS OR THAT. EVERY SINGLE THING; "HOLY SPIRIT SAYS". THE OUTCOME OF SOME OF THOSE PEOPLE IS INSANITY.

PLEASE CALM DOWN. LIVE YOUR LIFE; IF YOU ARE ASKING GOD THOSE KINDS OF THINGS, WHAT WILL YOU DO WHEN MAJOR ISSUES ARRIVE? LEAVE DIVINE DIRECTION FOR DRASTIC DECISIONS WHERE NECESSARY.

-Pastor Paul Enenche at 2022 Overflowing Grace and Glory Fast, Dunamis International Gospel Centre,

-Day Seventeen.

Father we give You the praise; we give You the honour. What a faithful God; what an awesome God. Thank You for making it possible for us to know You, to be related with You. Thank You Lord for the privilege of association. Where would we have been, what would we have done if we don't know You? Thank you for the privilege that will never be abused. We are grateful.

- I see the heavy presence of God around us here and I see help, especially in the area of divine direction is coming!

Father, we love You, we honour You, we glorify You. Thank You Master.

I bring you greetings from Bayelsa State, where we went yesterday. God's servant, Pastor E. A Adeboye will be 80 years old on the 2nd of March. So, series of crusades were put together; eight crusades with a target of reaching 8 million people to mark the 80th birthday and I was asked to minister in two of the crusades; the one of Bayelsa and another one in the North-East and I was ministering along with him at the one of Bayelsa yesterday and today.

I preached yesterday but he decided to come and sit down from beginning till the end. I have never gone out during a fasting and prayer program for anything but what happened was that, we fixed the fast; the fast was originally meant to start from the 3rd and end on the 23rd, when we shifted it by one week, then it entered the crusade whose date was already fixed and I had already accepted. That was what happened, but I sowed that as a seed into the life of that Patriarch and his influence and his impact and we trust the Lord that by the time we are at that age, God will help us with very, very drastic and tangible results and we love him. We ask that as his days are, so may his strength be and we'll speak more about that when the day gets close

So, if you missed us yesterday, it was for a good reason. I also believe that, we didn't go there and returned the same. We came back with something because at the end of the preaching, I asked him to pray for all of us, including myself, which he did and the same blessing is transferred on you in Jesus' name!

Psalm 85:4

Tonight, we are going to be receiving;

GUIDELINES ON HEARING FROM GOD.

By Sunday, we'll be looking at the different ways in which we hear God before stepping into vengeance. Our objective is to understand the things that will facilitate our hearing or receiving from God.

One of the most important things that will happen to anybody is to know what God is saying and then to do what God is saying. In my own life, hearing God, knowing the will of God, knowing the mind of God is the reason for this Ministry. As a matter of fact, all the way from my youthful years; I remember when it was time to go to the University, I had the mind for engineering and I had the mind for medicine and surgery; it was very strong and then I prayed and felt convinced that I'll read medicine. I had started even reading anatomy books while I was not yet in the University, then we were in a prayer meeting one day and then, God gave me a confirmation. While we were praying, after my A-levels, a woman in that crowd said: "see this young man there with a white lab coat with stethoscope on his neck." She didn't know I was trusting and praying and trusting for confirmation. That was the path.

I stepped into the University, when it was time for marriage; knowing the voice of God, clear speaking, clear knowing, got me married to my wife today. If didn't hear God, maybe the picture will be different today. Stepping into ministry got us also to where we are today. If I didn't hear God, maybe you won't know me, I won't know you. So, it is very important for us to know what God wants us to do with our lives and I am going to give about 8 - 10 guidelines that will facilitate knowing the will of God for our lives.

1). Be Word filled; be filled with the Word of God continually. This is not a repetition of what we said before. Be filled with the Word of God continually, so you can when what you are hearing is God or not (Psalm 29:2-3, Ephesians 5:26).

Be filled with the Word of God continually; it will help you to know whether what you are hearing is from God or not. Find somewhere to qualify that second statement because someone will suddenly wake up one day and say, God says; "my millions is in the selling of tobacco. I am to make a lot of money by doing this or that," - that are completely contrary to the Word. Someone wakes up one day and said, "God says I should divorce my wife" - for no just reason. "Why? Did she do anything?" - Nothing! "Is there any challenge?" - No! "Why?" - "God said to me, the future that He's taking me to, this wife cannot cope with it."

At that point, you'll know that someone is hearing the voice of the devil.

2). Be committed to doing what is written while seeking what He is saying. There are so many things to do with the Word of God. Keep doing what has been written as you trust to hear what He is saying. "Who am I to marry? What am I to do?" If you are not hearing any of them yet, identify commandments that are clear (John 15:16).

Lord, what business do I do? Alright, He is not showing me the business yet but it is written in Exodus 23:25. So, I deploy myself into service, it means that it is possible for Him to show me where my blessing is. Be committed; brutally committed to doing what is written, while seeking what He is saying. Identify something the Word of God says you should do, that will make God do what you are expecting or at least, make God say what you are expecting Him to say.

3). Be patient to learn His voice; be patient in the process of learning and knowing His voice. Do you remember the story of the little Prophet Samuel? While he was in the process of learning the voice of God, he ran to Eli three times and Eli said at the third time, if you hear Him again, tell Him; "speak, thy servant heareth."

In 1 Samuel 16:1-8, you'll see how Samuel, who is now the elderly Samuel, the prophet whose words never fail, fell to the ground, missed the voice twice. He saw Eliab , he said surely the Lord's anointed and God said, you are not hearing me, you are only hearing your eyes. I'm not looking at his outward. Don’t be too angry if you ever missed it; don't be too mad at yourself. It shows that you are human being; you are a learner. All you need to do is; "Lord, it looks like I didn't hear You well in this case, please help me to hear You better."

I told you the story of Papa Oyedepo, when he did the commissioning of ministry and he was on his way; he told everybody he was going to Jos and God told him; you are going to know Jos. You didn't hear me; you heard your heart. I've seen people, veterans missed it. Not miss it iniquitous or things like that but they thought it was this way and it was not. So, be patient as we learn the voice.

How many of you have ever heard the voice of someone on the phone and you thought it was somebody else until they said, "no! I'm the one."

- You will hear in the name of Jesus!

4). Don’t expect God to speak to you exactly the same way He speaks to another because that may get you discouraged (Matthew 2). An angel spoke to the shepherds about the birth of Jesus but God used the stars to speak to the wise men about the birth of Jesus.

I've heard my father in the Lord described sometimes how God spoke to him on issues; it was completely different from how I heard and if I will say, "ooo, this is how God spoke to him and He must speak to me this way, then frustration is inevitable." There are some who are more visionary than others. There are some whose hearings are sharper than others and there are different ways, we'll be enumerating that on Sunday. But, trust God to speak to you the way that is unique to you. Trust God to speak to you in the language you can understand.

- I see that voice coming for somebody in the name of Jesus Christ!

5). Don’t be prejudiced regarding what you want to hear from God. Don’t decide what you are expecting to hear before God say anything. The meaning is; it is difficult to hear God when you have decided what you want Him to say.

I heard from Kathryn Kuhlman that the easiest way to hear God is when you don't have a choice in the matter; "Lord, should I go to America or not?" When already you want to go to America and what is in your mind is to go to America and what you want to hear is; "my son, in fact I have prepared Atlanta Georgia for you. The whole of that State is waiting for you." Meanwhile, God wanted you to remain here. Somebody wants to get married, he lies up three names and said, "Lord, which is the one?" and he already knows which one he wants.

You can only hear God when you don't have a choice in the matter (Ezekiel 14:4-5). You don't decide for God what to say; don’t put words in the mouth of God. There are many people who try to put words in God's mouth. Words that make the pompous and arrogant.

- In the name that is above every name, clarity is coming for somebody!

6). Don’t expect God to speak in areas or on issues where His Will is already known or clear and the will of God is what helps us to pray correctly (1 John 5:14, Jeremiah 3:15).

In our universities in those days, people will step out of church and say, God has left church; church is Babylon, church is this, church is that. The outcome of that; some of them get destroyed, no future.

Don’t expect God to speak in areas or on issues where His Will is already known or clear. There are things that are very clear, otherwise you waste time.

7). Never attempt to trivialize the voice of God. Never expect God to speak on issues that are entirely your decision to make (Psalm 29:4-6). "Lord, I'm going out today, should I wear black shoe or red? Lord, should I carry red pen or black?" While I was working on this message, the Spirit of the Lord told me; never assume. When we talk about divine direction and the voice of God, people go to all manner of extremes; the "Holy Spirit says I should not go to work today. Holy Spirit says I should stop eating rice; Holy Spirit says I should not greet my wife, I should just avoid her for now" - all manner. Every single thing, "Holy Spirit". The outcome of some of those people is insanity. We had people in the University that said, "Holy Spirit says I should not go to class today." Until they said, Holy Spirit says I should leave school. Step out of school to do what? Next thing, they return back to school after one year. Some of them almost ran mad. Church Gist. Some abandoned church for almost donkey years after that "Holy Spirit says".

Please calm down. Live your life; if you are asking God those kinds of things, what will you do when major issues arrive? Leave divine direction for drastic and critical life junction decisions where necessary. Except the Lord speaks to you on His own concerning issues that are very normal and regular on its own.

Don’t get discouraged when God appears silent. When you are expecting God to speak on some issues, don't get discouraged, just keep at the back of your mind Psalm 85:8.

Reasons why God may appear silent:

a). You may be on the right track and there is no need to speak. God is not a talkative.

b). Perhaps you are being proved, tried or tested with what He spoke before and you know the Teacher does not speak or teach during exams. He wants you to just produce for Him what He told you before.

c). There may be something God spoke to you about before that you have not yet done. He doesn't give instructions or speak just for the sake of speaking.

d). God may be speaking in ways that you are not hearing because God speaks in diverse ways. When it appears as if God is silent, He may be speaking some other ways that you are not hearing or seeing or you are not paying attention or familiar with.

e). Maybe it is not time for Him to speak on what you are asking about (Ecclesiastes 3:11).

God's servant Papa Oyedepo spoke about how they got the land; the Ark project and everything and yet, went to God and God said, "don't ask me about this thing anymore until I speak to you on it". So, when it appears like He is silent, you unravel all these ways.

- I prophesy to someone in this season, the voice of the Lord shall be clear to you in Jesus precious name!

9). Watch out for peace whenever you receive from God (Psalm 85:8). Any revelation; anything that you claim to receive that makes you lose your peace, something is wrong; God speaks peace. Kenneth Hagin saw Jesus Christ and Jesus told him many things. Then another time, he saw Jesus Christ and Jesus told him; "that one you saw, I was not the one" and He said, if I appear to you a hundred times a day, if I say anything contrary to the Word, discard it. I am not the only talking. Which means, He was telling him satan is transformed as the angel of light and can appear to you and say; "I am Jesus Christ; see my hand, garment etc and then begin to talk with you. The more you think about it, the more you lose your peace.

There is nothing stronger than the Word of God and the witness of the Spirit that is evidenced by the peace that you have in your heart. Any voice that put you under pressure must be a voice from hell.

Lift up your right hand and say;

Father, I receive the grace to hear You clearly and to hear you correctly. I receive the grace not to miss you another time in Jesus precious name.

10). Whenever you are in doubt, crosscheck with God and trust Him for more witnesses because in the mouth of two or three witnesses (Matthew 18:16), every word can be confirmed and established. God will never leave Himself without a witness. He has helped me so much that at every point in my life, when I thought I received this direction; if it was Him, it will be confirmed with multiple witnesses.

- You will not miss it!

- - Clarity of direction, hearing and clarity of knowing is happening for someone now!

In the morning, the Lord showed me that this last week of this fast, mysteries shall be unveiled. Everything you need to know for your story to change shall be unveiled!

He also showed me that battles shall be finished. This fasting is not going to finish and your battle continues. Any area of life where you have battled, where life has been a battle, this week is not permitted to end and that battle remains; the battle is coming to an end tonight in the name of Jesus!

Thirdly, He showed me that His face, His countenance will be visible on your life, that will translate into favour and acceptance!

- Light of direction is shining on someone now. That yoke of ancestral curse is been broken now. Favour is coming now, direction, wisdom is coming now!

- - God is wiping away your tears; He's transferring those tears to the adversaries!

In the name of Jesus!

(Church Gist)
